Covers:
- Private birth suite for labor, birth, and recovery
- Hydrotherapy (large birthing tub)
- Emergency equipment and medications permitted in birth center settings
- Immediate postpartum and newborn stabilization
- Facility cleaning, setup, and staffing
- Birth certificate filing assistance
Does NOT cover: Professional midwifery fees (billed separately by your provider).

Insurance
TBC does not bill insurance directly. A superbill is available upon request. Any insurance reimbursement is your property.
Midwifery Fees
Midwifery fees are separate. Contact your provider (Red Moon Midwifery or your credentialed midwife) for professional fee estimates.
Transitions Birth Center is operated by Sterling Collective, LLC. Facility fees are paid to Sterling Collective, LLC d/b/a Transitions Birth Center. Midwifery and professional services are contracted separately with your provider and are not the financial responsibility of Sterling Collective, LLC.
